We present here one of many possible ways to systematically document your See Your Breath recordings. The basic advice is to take a screenshot after each recording, put the screenshots into an album in Photos, and document the screenshots using Markup in Photos.
The first three appear in the left column with a color such as purple.

Initial Steps
Start with a clean subject.
Add three recordings.
Take a screenshot after each so as the document the time line at the top and the TP (Total Power) value.

Pick a color such as purple for the left column by sliding the color swaths left or right.

Update with Three New Recordings
This presentation of the last six recording, broken into groups of three is easy to maintain.
First, push the three recordings in the left column off to the left to remove them from the color group.

The purpose of your documentation is to help you to recall what was relevant to the recordings and your exploration of your asthma.

- Part of Experiment, e.g. Before deep breathing exercise
- Observations, e.g. Recording curves look unusual
